I have had the pleasure of teaching Pilates to Grant and as he now moves to Sheffield just want to wish him every success in his future endeavours Grant has been Cycling for a long time and racing mainly over the past 4 years. He competes in cross country mountain bike, road racing, cyclo cross and time trials. He races his mountain bike and road bike throughout Britain and Europe. He has been based in Manchester while he has been part of British Cycling Elite and Under 23 level and Olympic Academy Programme. He said about his time at the studio: "I really enjoy the sessions provided by Physio Pilates and they have provided valuable knowledge which has helped me massively in improving my movement and posture, highly recommended".
