Thanks to Pam for this lovely poem : To all the lovely ladies who do Pilates. We come to your classes all achey and stiff then stretch on the floor -and are cured in a jiff. You lead us so kindly, we follow you blindly But feel the effects on Thursday and Friday! To make our limbs stronger and strengthen our core You urge us to stretch - and then stretch some more With spine curls and sit-ups and roll-downs galore It's with sighs of relief we collapse on the floor! I reply to your ode(before I'm too old)  We breathe and we twist to comply with your bidding we moan and we groan, but are only kidding When homeward we wend, with never a care We really --oh joy -- are walking on air! We love it-keep up the good work ,best wishes Pam
