Judith from my class recently told me that now she does herĀ  Pilates class regularly combined with gentle swimming,she finds she has now gone from visiting her physio for treatment on her neck on average every 3 weeks to every 6-8weeks. This is a common pattern amongst our clients and I say well done to all of you who realy put the effort into doing your Pilates regularly and are feeling the benefits of this. You are an inspiration to our new beginners and it's good to know all that nagging we do pays off!
