Julia is a chartered,hcpc registered physiotherapist with 34 years of experience in rehabilitative exercise. She became interested in pilates after suffering neck problems and since specialising in teaching Pilates in 1998 has worked with many top sports people and teams. Her main goal when opening PhysioPilates was to make exercise safe, challenging and effective for individuals, especially those with postural problems.
Jane trained initially in classical ballet, contemporary dance modern jazz, tap and national dance and has performed world-wide. Jane has over 20 years experience in teaching Pilates and her skilled approach makes her classes popular.
She presented at the Thalidomide Trust annual conference 2018 and in 2020 attended
Classical Pilates Conferences and courses in Spain, Denmark and Sweden.
She has worked with 2nd generation Joseph Pilates elders across Europe/London.
Jane opened her equipment studio in November 2019. Accommodating up to two clients and working closely with them on the original Pilates Reformers, Cadillac and Chair, designed to fully support and educate the body to move with complete balance and control.
Pauline has a background in health and fitness. Formerly a singer, she brings enjoyment and fun to Pilates whist keeping the discipline of the method. She ran her own studio in Brittany for 2 years and we were delighted when she decided to return back to us! Pauline is a skilled, patient teacher to all levels of ability.
Tracey Qualified with Body Control Pilates in 2005.
She returned to the studio after completing her treatment for Breast Cancer, which was diagnosed in 2007.
Following her various treatments, she realised how vital pilates exercise was to her recovery and now specialises in teaching that assists with rehabilitation following injury or illness.
