Heading to the slopes or just back?
Pilates will help you prepare for (and recover from) your ski trip by concentrating on your core, your flexibility and your balance. This workshop will help you:
-teach balance skills essential for rhythm and flow
-support the ability to turn the hips with a stable upper body to achieve the perfect C curve
-flex your ankles and keep your tail tucked under for complete control on the pistes
-get your weight forwards onto the balls of your feet to help you carve.
