Have you written your New Year's resolution list?
I have read that most lists end up in the bin and the momentum is lost after a week or two of usual activities.
So here's my advice to you,instead of being negative pick your best bits and enhance them, make the most of them. Take care of your body, mind and soul and be kind to yourself and those around you.
