What is your favourite Pilates execise ?
Now we have an "Exercise of the week" I have been asking clients at the studio and fellow Pilates enthusiasts on twitter, what their favourite Pilates exercise is, when they do it and why it's their best one.
It's been so interesting and I will share some of them in the exercise of the week as we head into December. A 73 year old golfing enthusiast told me his favourite exercise to start and end his day is waist twists in standing or sitting.
He said they make his back feel supple and strong and ready to face the game ahead.
