Julia Atherton
|
Julia is a chartered, state registered physiotherapist who became
interested in pilates after suffering neck problems herself. Her main goal
when opening the Physio and Pilates Centre was to make exercise safe,
challenging and effective for individuals, especially those with
postural problems.

Jane Hall
|
|
Jane trained initially in classical ballet, contemporary dance modern jazz,
tap and national dance and has performed world-wide. Jane is keen to expand
her repertoire through choreography and the self expression of her clients.

Diane Cook
|
|
Diane is a well known and respected exercise teacher in the Cheshire area. She
has brought her imaginative and skillful expertise to the centre.

Tracy Corcoran
|
|
Tracey discovered pilates when a chronic back problem stopped her from being
able to enjoy her sports. The effectiveness of pilates amazed her so much that
she decided to train to teach pilates herself.

Pauline Walsh
|
|
Pauline has a background in health and fitness. Formerely a singer, she brings
enjoyment and fun to pilates whist keeping the discipline of the method.
We welcome Pauline back to Wilmslow after her 2 year stay teaching pilates
in her own studio in Brittany.

Penny Aldous
|
|
Penny is our hard-working administrator. Penny handles enquiries and bookings
of classes and is available Tuesday and Thursdays, between 9am and 1pm.

Sue Mehouen
|
|
Sue has a background in nursing and teaching. She injects enthusiasm into
beginners up to level 3.
|

Lorraine North
|
|
Lorraine has a business background but has always had an active interest
in health and fitness. Her interest developed into a career when inspired by
the teaching at the Wilmslow Physio and Pilates Centre.
